The concept is composed of two languages. "SHO" comes from Japanese and means "the craft" result of a clash of one impulse that develops or creates. "GUA" comes from Indonesian and means further or that goes beyond. Giving a general concept:

Our history


Since 2007 GRUPO SHOGUA has managed food and beverage, retail, and convenience store concessions.

We manage locations in the most important international airports in Mexico and currently work with all the airport groups in the country, as well as several shopping malls and popular tourist spots. We have 90+ stores within these airports.

Today we have 13 national and international brands as part of our portfolio.
