Ethic and Corporate Governance
We promote a solid organizational culture through our program named DNA Shogua, where our collaborators can learn about the company's principles. The organization carries out daily operations through a ethic code, protection of information, and we have an anonymous email for all the employees, that help us detect bad practices or situations that put in risk our collaborators or the company. We always work looking a transparent performance.
Employees are the most important to achieving development and goal fulfillment of the company. Social and Environmental Impact
Our social action strategy focuses on community development and environment. For this, we work under four programs.
1. For Mexico´s Future: We have alliance with two non-profit organizations that support education and social reintegration of children and youths to collaborate in their formation so that they become productive members of society, break the poverty cycle, and to achieve a better Mexico for all.
